The Story

Hi, I’m Jac (or Jacqui, Jac Attack, Jax...) I'm a Central Coast based Interior Design working up and down Australia's East Coast.

My kindergarten teacher - an artist who lived in an incredible Earth Ship home - sparked my passion for sustainability and design early on, teaching is to worm farm and restore our local creek.

I took a winding path to get here: Medical Science degree, tech sales and then a decade in construction and clean energy. After earning my Interior Design Diploma, I was nominated for the DIA Graduate of the Year Awards.

Now I run Greenterior Design, helping people make conscious choices, by blending sustainability, psychology, and beautiful design to create spaces that feel as good as they look.

Most designers focus on pretty. I focus on how spaces actually work for your life.

My background in medical science means I understand how light affects your circadian rhythm, why certain colours drain or energize you, and how layout impacts your daily stress levels. My decade in construction and clean energy gave me hands-on knowledge of what actually works - and what's greenwashing bull-shit.

I've installed solar systems in hundreds of homes and managed furniture rollouts for major corporations. Now I use that experience to help regular people make sustainable choices without the overwhelm or price tag.
